Exporters
Use verified warehouse records to evidence control of stored goods and initiate cross-border transactions with trusted counterparties.
Because documents are not enough to prove ownership in global trade.
Turn warehouse receipts into verifiable, transferable digital titles. Reduce fraud. Accelerate transactions. Simplify execution.
TradeSource is B2B infrastructure for the issuance, verification and transfer of digital warehouse receipts.
It connects warehouse data, inspection records, electronic signatures, cryptographic proofs and transaction logic into a single auditable workflow — making rights over stored goods easier to verify, transfer and finance across borders.
Ownership, not paperwork.
A clear and auditable record of rights over stored goods
Controlled transfer of digital title between authorized parties
Designed for international commodity transactions
From warehouse issuance to settlement and release
Use verified warehouse records to evidence control of stored goods and initiate cross-border transactions with trusted counterparties.
Verify warehouse, inspection and title information before settlement and reduce document and counterparty risk.
Issue cryptographically verifiable digital warehouse receipts and become the trusted entry point for digital ownership workflows.

Before platform deployment, the founding team completed 5 real commodity transactions through founder-led manual workflows, representing approximately €450k in GMV and €22.5k in fees collected.
These transactions validated the commercial workflow and the willingness of counterparties to transact and pay.
The next milestone is to move this validated workflow onto the TradeSource platform.
Commercial validation above relates to founder-led transactions completed before platform deployment.
Goods move globally, but evidence of ownership still relies heavily on fragmented documents, manual controls and disconnected systems. TradeSource introduces a digital ownership infrastructure layer connecting warehouse issuance, verification, transaction execution and transfer.
Fragmented documentation and disconnected verification processes increase fraud and execution risk.
Smaller exporters and importers struggle to establish trust and access efficient transaction and financing infrastructure.
Stored commodities can be difficult to use efficiently as transferable or financeable assets.
Most digital trade systems manage documents or logistics events. TradeSource focuses on the ownership layer associated with goods held in storage.
TradeSource combines:
One asset. One authoritative digital record.
The architecture is designed around the principles of the UNCITRAL-UNIDROIT Model Law on Warehouse Receipts 2024 and the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records (MLETR).
The legal effect and enforceability of any digital warehouse receipt remain subject to the applicable law, the relevant jurisdiction and the terms under which the warehouse receipt is issued.
Warehouse operators issue digital receipts. Sellers use them to evidence control of stored goods. Buyers receive verified title once the agreed conditions are fulfilled — each step recorded with a complete audit trail.
Goods are deposited with a participating warehouse. Quantity, quality and condition can be verified.
The warehouse issues a digitally verifiable warehouse receipt linked to the stored goods and supporting records.
The seller presents the verified digital record to a prospective buyer.
Buyer and seller agree on price, volume, delivery and settlement terms.
The agreed settlement conditions are executed and recorded.
Once the agreed conditions are fulfilled, control of the digital title is transferred to the buyer with a complete audit trail.
The holder can subsequently initiate release of the underlying goods in accordance with the warehouse and transaction terms.
Five founder-led transactions have already validated the underlying commercial workflow.
Warehouse operators become trusted issuers at the point where physical goods enter the digital ownership workflow.
Designed around MLWR 2024 and MLETR principles.
Initial deployment is focused on a Vietnam → Ghana commodity trade corridor.
TradeSource is designed to support real commercial ownership, settlement and financing workflows.
